Satellite propulsion is rapidly emerging as a critical enabler for next-generation in-orbit operations, enhancing satellite agility, maneuverability, and mission longevity.

At the prestigious Space-Comm Expo, HEX20 announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OhmSpace to collaborate on the STAR-Water-nano Gen1 demonstration mission.

This strategic collaboration aims to demonstrate and validate advanced propulsion technologies directly in orbit, paving the way for more efficient and capable satellite missions. The partnership will also explore mutual business opportunities in in-orbit demonstrations and the integration of thruster systems across future missions requiring propulsion.

The MoU was formally signed by Lloyd Jacob Lopez, CGO & Co-Founder of HEX20, and Federico Romei, CEO & Founder of OhmSpace.

The signing ceremony was attended by key stakeholders including Jr-Chiun Roger Tsai (Business Development Executive, HEX20), members of the OhmSpace team, Tobias Marchant from Space South Central, and Henry Lin from Taiwan Accelerator Plus (TAcc+).
